We are currently experiencing an unplanned outage of our NZePS hub.
Please be assured that we have all our resources working on identifying the issue and will update you as soon as we have resolved this.

We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this matter. We will provide a further update once services have been restored.

Prescribers can continue to generate electronic prescriptions during this time. All submitted prescriptions will be queued and processed once the outage is resolved. A copy of the escript can be printed and given to the patient to take to the Pharmacy if required during the outage.
